Danny Johnson has been honoured in Winnipegosis with a bulletin board telling of his career as a professional hockey player.
He went on to play with the Maple Leafs, the Vancouver Canucks, the Detroit Red Wings and then with the Winnipeg Jets (WHA) where he served as captain for several years.
Danny’s success inspired many young players to dream big not only in the area of sports but in all areas of life.
In the museum we are proud to share the stories of our community and the achievements of those who lived, worked and played here!!
